Mandatory Questionnaire

If you have not noticed already, we have posted a discussion forum at top of the blog. Please use this to communicate with other members and share ideas. But first, fill out the questionnaire that I emailed to you and copy and paste your answers in the forum. I have already filled mine out for you to use as an example. This questionnaire is mandatory of all members participating on the August 2013 brigade. This questionnaire will allow Gabe and myself to learn more about our members as well as let us know in which committee you be involved. Please have this questionnaire completed and posted by the next meeting.

Mandatory Field Trip Form

Please print and fill out the field trip permission slip form that I emailed to you all and hand it in to Prof. Karen Erickson PERSONALLY. Her office hours are Mondays at 3PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00AM in Room 8704. If you are unable to make these times, please email her at ericksonkaren@foothill.edu to make an appointment. Below I have provided forms for both minors and members above the age of 18. The completion and submission of this form is due May 31st, 2013.

Mandatory Events for Summer 2013

Please see the workshops that will take place after the quarter under the EVENTS section. Note that these events are mandatory for brigaders participating on the August 2013 brigade to attend. With this being said, if you have plans during the summer, make sure to include these events in your schedule.The exact date and time for the Vitals Training/Infection workshop is still to be determined. We will inform you of when exactly this workshop will take place once we hear from another faculty adviser for Brigades.

De Anza Flea Market is Saturday, June 1st

 While you're in the EVENTS section, open up the sign up sheet for the flea market. Fill out which times you will be available to come and how you can help out. If you cannot attend on Saturday, you can help us the on Friday, May 31st to help organize our items and load them in available vehicles to be hauled over to De Anza the following morning.

    I'm not sure if I'm the only one who has this problem but i can open the link you attached.
    I mean, it says,
