Hello Brigadiers,
We have one day until the start of this brigade, omg. I hope all of you are as excited as I am to get this thing started! Now for one of the last post's before the brigade, I just wanted to go over some important pieces for the airport arrival.
1. We are meeting tomorrow, Monday the 10th @ 10:00 pm sharp. If you are late, you will be penalized with a full day of data entry. Not fun at all, so get to the airport on time, please.
2. Please meet at SFO International airport Terminal 1- Avianca Airlines
3. Bring your assigned suitcase(s) with you to the airport.
4. Make sure you have a COPY of your passport and a copy of your vaccine records in your carry on luggage.
5. If you are under 21, make sure to have the signed form on your person. It is also attached in the latest email sent by Summer.
6. If you are a international student bring your visa and necessary paperwork.
7. Make sure that you have $40 in CASH only for you exit fee (will be collected first thing when we arrive at our compound)
8.We will have e-tickets printed out for each of you
9. Those who did not get a backpack & 1-2 umbrellas yesterday, at our mandatory packing meeting, must reply to the email Summer just recently sent out. Or you can send an individual email to either Summer or Swaran.
10. You must be wearing our green club t-shirt for easy identification throughout the airports.
11. Towels will be provided to us in the housing, so there is no need to pack any!
12. Remember to bring 1-2 rolls of toilet paper. Also, don't forget work gloves! Those are vital for the public health portion.
13.You should have shoes that you are comfortable with getting dirty. Again, everyone is allowed one carry on size bag and one personal item (purse/ backpack/ laptop bag)
14. If you have trouble finding our group at the airport, please contact us!
