Co-VP of Medicine Online Election

Hello Brigadiers,

I hope summer is treating everyone well! It's been awhile since our last post, but a ton has happened since then. For everyone who attended mandatory meeting #2, sorry if you're comatose with all the information that was dished out. If you did not attend, please go over the email sent out by Karen Erickson, it contains all the material from the meeting and is digital gold in reference to the trip! To get everyone up to speed, we're going to go over some important updates, some of which were in the minutes sent out.

1. Our second mandatory meeting went by smoothly, for everyone who did not make it, go over the material emailed by Karen. It provides information regarding vitals, charla, and all the other necessities for the trip. Pay extra attention to the minutes, it goes over the required documents you need to go through.
2. Since we are closing in on the Brigade, we are now accepting applications for leadership positions next year! There are currently two positions, president and co-president. To apply, fill out the form sent out by Karen and Swaran.  The deadline for this is June 24th, very soon I know! If you think have the skill set, fill out the form and send it in. Remember, by involving yourself with a leadership position, you have a responsibility not just to the club, but to the school and many others.
3. Laptops! Give us all your laptops! Just kidding, we are requesting volunteered laptops for the brigade; these laptops will be used largely for recording items and such. We need about 3-6 more laptops so please, if you can, let us know! The computers need to be running either: Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
4. If anyone has a travel scale, please contact Karen! It would be great to have one for our last meeting, aka packing day.
