Important Deadlines for 2019 Brigaders 

• First Deposit Deadline April 20, 2019 ($250)
• Meeting this first deposit deadline is crucial because our travel team cannot book a flight for you if you do not meet this deadline
• Meeting this deposit will secure you a spot on the brigade 

• Second Deposit Deadline May 20, 2019 (Full airfare amount)
• We can not give our brigaders a price yet because our travel team has not booked flights yet. In the past years it has been around $900
• This amount may be more and it may be less. Again, we will not know the full airfare amount until after our flights are booked 
• Please contact us ASAP if you are planning on booking as a deviation 

• Final Deposit Deadline July 9, 2019 (Full Amount~ $990 + airfare)
• The brigade itself is $990 
• The full amount will consist of the $990 + airfare 
• Again, we will not know the airfare amount until after we book our flights. 
• Expect it to be around $900. It may be more or less than that
